With over 10 years of experience in multiple disciplines of training, from athletic development, body building, & powerlifting, to calisthenics, flexibility, & endurance training. Whether you're an advanced lifter looking to take your program to the next level, coming off of injury, or completely new to fitness, I can help you achieve and maintain your fitness goals using a 3 pillar approach.

Strength is more than moving as much weight as possible, it's about having control, both of your body and the load you're looking to move. Training the muscles that ensure joint Stability is just as important as training those that move the weight. And it's often the first and last steps to avoiding injury. Many times pain and injury is due to lack of stability and the best way to fix it? Train it.

Mobility is the ability to comfortably move through and control ones full range of motion, you can think of it as Mobility = Flexibility + Strength. In todays world of computers, phones, office chairs, and couches is usually left behind when it comes to exercise. Using both a full range of motion (ROM) approach as well as active flexibility programming and cool downs, improving your mobility doesn't have to be a separate process from your fitness. The same goes for Balance, whether we're talking bodily balance or your sense of balance, it's natural to have imbalances, and it's natural to struggle with balance, but it doesn't have to be necessary. Introducing instability training into your program is and easy and efficient way to improve your internal sense of balance, the quality of your workout, and the quality of your life.

Endurance is your ability to maintain technique over, and over, and over again. Whether we're talking cardio endurance or muscular endurance, both have a roll in any balanced exercise program. Maintaining high levels of endurance its paramount in reaching high levels of fitness and avoiding injury in the process, and so is Recovery. By prioritizing recovery to the same degree we prioritize exercise we can ensure the best results when it comes to your fitness.

At the same time understanding not everyone needs a personal program is why I also offer pre-made programs for those just looking to change things up or try something new. Whether you're looking to improve your strength, get a bigger chest or legs, or improve your overall body composition, there's something to help you on your fitness journey

I offer both online and in-person training options to accommodate your busy schedule and preferences. Whether you prefer the convenience of virtual sessions or in home training, or the motivation of in-person workouts in the Denver area, I will help guide you every step of the way.
